I brought my car to Chuck's regarding a grating noise in the rear wheel well. I had taken the car to two other shops neither of which could identify the problem and neither of which seemed to have much of an interest in digging in deeper to determine the problem. Immediately Vince approached this as a problem solving opportunity, determined to find and fix the issue. His communication with me was outstanding, constantly explaining his actions and status along the way. Ultimately, he did find that the issue was a broken parking brake cable bracket, which he fixed within his quoted price.
